Affiliate District 27 D1 Report

 

October 2009

I regrettably report that we have lost a Lioness Club in our district — Oregon. They were a small club of only nine members but after 25 years of service to Lions projects and their community they did not seem to have the energy to continue. I will work with ADC Greg Clark and our Cabinet Membership Chair Tammy Rockenbach to finalize this dissolvement.

Other than that as I make my club visits, the remaining twelve clubs seem strong and committed. Fundraising is ongoing; and both old and new service projects are happening.
